In filthy Galgenbeck, between two crooked ramshackle buildings propped against each other, lies an unassuming stairwell leading underground.

 

The locals shun the place, for it is the base of operation for the fearsome plague-bearing Rätfölk.

You now stand before the stairwell, bearing weapons, torches and shields, eager to descend its foreboding steps.
