Blackheart: Claws Of The Maelstrom

A Warhammer 40,000 Novel

While Huron Blackheart strives to expand his empire through scheming and violence, a new threat appears to challenge him as never before. Can he hold onto what he's toiled so long to secure, or will an unexpected xenos threat destroy it all?

READ IT BECAUSE
Huron is a legendary character for good reason. As a renegade, he fights for his own glory over that of the Dark Gods. However, that obstinate nature makes him vulnerable, without the backing of the old legions, when he's facing an existential threat.

THE STORY
Huron Blackheart is Master of the Maelstrom by his own will, not that of the gods he spurns.

Driven from Chogoris, Huron continues to bait the White Scars throughout the burning ruins of the Yasan Sector, hungry for the victory he believes he deserves. Yet as his schemes and insults threaten to ensnare the sons of Jaghatai, a new threat emerges. Out of the tumult of the Cicatrix Maledictum, the Great Devourer pours into Huron’s domain. The tyranids threaten not only his war, but all he has built since the fall of Badab.

Forced to rely upon makeshift allies and torn between spite and necessity, Huron Blackheart must decide where his loyalties truly lie, before xenos claws tear his empire asunder.
