Anne Stokes is a fantasy artist whose passion for the genre began in her childhood after reading J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit. Her art covers a broad range of themes, from romantic and enchanted forests, to fearsome dragons and the dark underworld of gothic vampires. This work depicts a bewitching siren of the sea, perched atop the bones of mariners she has lured to an unfortunate end.
