Join Loona's Midnight Festival at 12:00! Ahead of launching their first online concert LOOΠΔTHEWORLD: Midnight Festival, Loona makes a comeback with their third mini-album 12:00. Following #, SM Entertainment's Lee Soo Man again took part as the producer for their eight-track record, which includes the uptempo electropop title single Why Not?, "Voice," pop ballad Universe and Star (English Version of "Voice"). This edition comes with a 92-page photobook, three random photo cards, a sticker and a Midnight Festival ticket. This album is released in four versions with different covers and booklet images.
